As part of an effort to complement and elevate our site redesign, this shoot was grounded in our broader UX strategy. We want to inspire people to take the best care of themselves and to lead happier, healthier lives.
Goals
The objective was to capture authentic, relatable imagery that aligns more closely with our personas—and to build a library that reflects a more meaningful sense of diversity and inclusion across identities, lifestyles, and care experiences.

The Shoot
I art directed this 2-day shoot in collaboration with photographer Marshall Williams and his team. We photographed at two Sharp locations: Sharp Rees-Stealy Rancho Bernardo and Sharp Coronado Hospital. As part of our strategy to ensure the images would seamlessly support the new site experience, we reviewed shots in real-time within our live site templates—allowing us to make on-the-spot adjustments and ensure each image worked beautifully in context.
Gallery Highlights
As part of our long-term content strategy, we prioritized capturing both masked and unmasked interactions in the shot list. This approach allows us to adapt the imagery as needed—ensuring it remains relevant, appropriate, and reflective of evolving public health guidance.
